Also known as Dara, she is best known as a former member of the South Korean girl group 2NE1 alongside Minzy, CL, and Park Bom. The group disbanded in 2016 and Park went on to form a solo career. In 2016, she appeared as a judge on Pinoy Boyband Superstar.
Trivia
As one of four members of 2NE1, she sang on the hits "Lollipop" and "Follow Me," the latter used for a Samsung commercial.
Before Fame
She met the ABS-CBN TV personality Pauleen Luna for a school assignment and Luna encouraged her to try out for the network's talent show.
Family Life
Her younger brother Park Sang-Hyun was part of the boy band MBLAQ.
